Q: Do you do physicals?
A: Yes, we do routine physicals and paps, camp physicals, school physicals, and pre-op physicals.  We do ask that you schedule your physical several days in advance of the deadline.  Don't wait until the last day of summer to schedule a school physical.  Go to the Forms/Links page and you can print out the Medical History Sheet that you will be required to fill out before the doctor sees you.  This will speed up the process in the office.

A: Yes, we are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 1:30 to 5:00.

Q: Do you give flu shots?
